OG oyster.

OG is having 20% storewide, so having one next to my office..i went in during lunch to spend some money.

After making a purchase, i got this coupon for a free oyster pearl. Now, if i haven't seen the lady digging the pearl out of the oyster RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES...i wouldn't have believed it was a real pearl. But she did, and it is. And i was lucky to get a rare pink pearl! Then comes the sales pitch...so rare,so pretty..wanna make it into a pendant? Ring? Earrings? Only $39.90 + 20% = $31.90!
And it truely is pretty...but i chose a pair of white pearl earrings instead. My pink pearl will look good as a pendant but i don't wear necklaces as much. I'm really into elegance sexy now, always has been.
Sitting back in my office now, i realised it doesn't make sense. If i had paid $31 for a pair of white pearl earrings...didn't i technically just bought a pair of earrings and it totally didn't matter that i got one pearl for free? Coz it's not like they halved the price, using my free pearl.
Aaaaargh!! Women! Distracted by pretty things.
Oh well, i've always wanted pearl earrings anyway (eyeing the braclet on the girl now too). But always saw those outside and wondered if they were real. At least mine are real.
Fresh from the oyster, literally.
