Chilli Mussels!

This, is the famous chilli mussels ..which mum and Ivan didn't get to try. A bucket like this (picture shows shells) costs $30. Comes with garlic bread to dip the delicious sauce ( i actually brought a tupperware to ta pao the leftover sauce home). Considered an indulgence, $30!!!

Its funny how only when i left Flat 53 then do i really start hanging out with the occupants of Flat 53. I called them out for chilli mussels, ending the night with an hour at the casino ( i did not gamble, conviniently left my wallet at home. haha!) Actually, this is my third time to the casino. I did play once, changed $10 of gambling chips. Lost it all, and never tried again :P

It was so dark outside the casino, as we all prepared to go home. I just aim and shoot, didnt inform the boys, and look what i got! looks as if i caught them surrendering or something.

Julia claims she has officially lost love. Lawrence is after the new girl next door. She cried 2 days...then recently she has been dressing up. Dresses, skirts and all. And i think she has lost abit of weight.
Eugene showing he cannot tahan already. It is really spicy, although to me, it was alright. The boyfriend perspired profusely eating it. He was the only one, reminded me of my elder brother.

Eugene is the occupant of my old room at Flat 53 now. Apparantly, it is hot property...alot of people were fighting for my room. Valerie and Eugene seem to have something going on too.

I'm getting better at estimations now. A meal for two, such portions will suffice. Brown rice, Cashew nut chicken with capsicum, mushrooms and onions. Egg with tomato, and 4 salt pepper squid.
I am becoming an ang moh eater i think.
I replicated what i did in Dome at home. It is absolutely yummy and looks so pretty. Its pancakes, mixed berries, cream cheese and maple syrup!

On Friday night, it was vegetarian potluck at Flat 53. Why vegetarian? Because Lawrence's new love interest is vegan. So gracious Julia organised this for her. So we had absolutely everything vegetarian. Julia even managed to find those mock char siew and stuff, she really is sooo gracious. True love, isnt it? She did this all for her love's love interest. So i had to "fight" for her. I brought herbal CHICKEN! hahahahaa..you see that aluminium thing by the left, beside the Coke cans. Its CHICKEN!!! hahahaa...some people believed me though, when i said it was mock chicken. And said it was so good, tasted like the real thing!

And the jelly i made the last potluck. Everyone's so amused by the decorations. (oh, i actually had little plastic animals in it too, but this one doesnt have).
